Offers four certificate-based training opportunities for

Rebuild 
Student Profile: Philadelphia residents ages  
18 and older with a valid driver’s license and high 
school diploma or GED. Applicants must also pass 
background and drug tests. 
A paid training program that offers access to skilled 
trades programs for women and people of color 
through union apprenticeships. The program offers 
apprenticeships in programs such as carpentry,  
finishing, plastering, masonry, ironworking, steamfitting, 
plumbing, and more.
