Heights is the proud administrator of the Ellis Trust for Girls, empowering  
female-identifying students to access critical educational opportunities through 
Enrichment and Tuition Assistance Grants. In 2025–2026, 719 students were 
served through the Ellis Trust Program, with $1.9M total paid in grants

For 37 years, the Step Up to College 
Guide has served as a critical college access 
resource for high school youth, their families, 
and youth-serving professionals. The Guide, 
along with its accompanying resources — 
including the Summer Supplement — provides 
comprehensive support on college fit, the 
application process, and financial aid. Heights 
continues to distribute thousands of copies at 
no cost to schools, libraries, and community- 
based organizations across Philadelphia.
