industry vernacular, Heights pioneered the concept  
in Philadelphia. We recognized that true mobility requires 
more than individual effort — it demands a collective  
infrastructure capable of bridging the gap  
between Philly youth and sustainable,  
life-changing careers.

Micro + Macro Solutions 
Heights operates at both the  
individual and systemic levels 
to drive long-term economic  
mobility for Philly youth: 
Micro (Heights Commits):  
We aim to serve 5,000 young  
people as they progress  
through high school and  
transition into college  
and careers. 
Macro (Heights Catalyzes):  
We are dedicated to serving  
as a catalyst for a citywide  
commitment so that every high  
school graduate connects to a
