b'Our Message to StudentsStrategize forHeights is a new kind of organizationan Economic Mobility Catalyst. We are committed to creating pathways to educational and workforce success for low-income, Black and Brown, and first-generation-to-college students. Our sincere belief is that these pathways create the foundation for Philadelphia students to realize a more equitable and prosperous future. When our students thrive, their families, the communities to which they belong, and the city of Philadelphia do so with them. This year we are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Step Up to College Guide and the distribution of more than one million copies in over three decades. The Guide is a resource that offers a step-by-step approach to becoming college-ready and college-bound so that students can strategize their success, reach new heights, and achieve their college and career dreams. To our students, you have what it takes and deserve to thrive. We are here to support you. Heights works to simplify the path for first-generation-to-college students through advising, pathways to careers, partnerships, and a community of support. We connect and work with stakeholders at every level of the education and career ecosystem. Through these transformative partnerships, we are committed to making educational systems and the workforce better for you.To our supporters and those interested in supporting, we cannot do this work alone. One way you can make an impact is through supporting and sharing the Step Up to College Guide. We are grateful to all those who make this resource possible, specifically our sponsors and the schools, institutions, and community-based organizations who utilizethis critical college-going resource in their classrooms and with students in 9th through 12th grade. Thanks to their partnership, we are one step closer to achieving our vision of a city where all students have access to the educational and economic opportunities they strive for.Lets give our students the future they deserve.
